Sophia is a highly trained therapist serving the South Etobicoke and Lakeshore community. She graduated from massage therapy school in 2015 and from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy in 2025 with honors.

Her holistic philosophy focuses on treating the body as a whole to restore balance and promote long-term wellness. Sophia offers specialized treatments including deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage (including post-surgical recovery), aromatherapy, hot stone therapy, scar tissue release, and C-section recovery care. She also provides infant and pediatric massage therapy.

Sophia is a certified pregnancy and postpartum therapist dedicated to helping mothers feel supported, comfortable, and at their best throughout pregnancy and recovery.
